This Agreement governs the provision of services and interaction between the vtc-capital.com сompany and its Investors.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Use of the Company's services is permissible for persons who have reached the age of eighteen.
By the fact of registration, the User confirms acceptance of all the clauses of this Agreement and accepts all rights and obligations arising in this connection. Disagreement with the provisions is expressed in the refusal to register and use the resource.
User agrees and confirms that he accepts the fact that he uses this website in its sole discretion, voluntarily and on his own initiative.
The Company determines the rights of internet users to register only one account per person. Using multiple accounts is prohibited by the company.
The current rules can be changed at the initiative of the project managers. In this case, the changes take effect immediately after they are published on the vtc-capital.com website.
After passing the registration procedure, the person who has expressed a desire to participate in the investment process of the Company becomes the 'Investor'.
If the Investor breaks at least one provision, the Company assumes no liability to the Investor, and therefore disclaims all liability.

The Company is obliged to provide its customers with uninterrupted access to the investment resource 24 hours a day, except for the periods when it will carry out technical works.
The Company undertakes to store personal data of the Investor in a confidential environment and not to transfer this data to third parties.
The Company does not bear responsibility for mistakes made by the investor when completing the payment details.
The Company shall not be liable for any failures and system errors in the operations of input and withdrawal of funds arising from the fault of electronic payment systems or Internet connection providers or other circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for the Investor's losses resulting from the hacking of the Investor's account by fraudsters or due to the loss and /or transfer by the Investor of the authorization data to third parties.
The Company reserves the right to block the accounts of the participants without the possibility of subsequent recovery for the violation of the rules of cooperation with the project as well as the creation of multiple registrations on the site.
The Company may suspend its operations and obligations to its Investors if the Company's operations are affected by such factors as: earthquakes, wars, technological disasters, strikes, epidemics, revolutions etc.

The Investor has the right to make a profit within the framework of the proposal of the Company. Pay attention, Investor cannot close deposit before the end of its term.
The Investor confirms that he transfers his own funds to the vtc-capital.com сompany voluntarily, without coercion.
The Investor has the right to use the promotional materials for the invitation of new participants.
The Investor confirms that he has read and agrees with the fact that the Company will dispose of the Investor's funds at its own discretion, while observing, at the same time, the interests of the Investor in full with respect to investment proposals.
The Investor has the right at any time to create a request for payment of interest on the deposit or referral remuneration to the electronic wallet specified during the registration.The Investor shall be entitled to dispose of the profits at his discretion.
The Investor has the right to obtain advice and assistance in support of the Company.
The Investor confirms that he is acquainted with the Company's policy regarding spam technologies. The company categorically prohibits the use of any form of spam. In case of detection of the fact that the Investor uses spam technologies, the account of such an Investor will be blocked.
The Investor undertakes to keep track of all changes to these Rules.
